You should keep detailed and accurate records of your chapter’s income and expenses. The international headquarters will file the appropriate annual IRS report for you, but a chapter financial report is required to do so. A sample Chapter Financial Report, either as an MS Excel spreadsheet with automatically recalculating totals or a PDF print form for manual data entry, is provided in the resources list above. Please submit the report at the end of your academic year.
