You may choose to complete an on-line order form for initiation packets and pay via credit card through PayPal. Only chapter advisors should complete the form. You may continue to pay by check.
INITIATE REGISTRATION INFORMATION MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT. NO INITIATION MATERIALS WILL BE SENT BEFORE THIS INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.
IRS rules for non-profit organizations require an annual financial report to maintain tax-exempt status for all groups, no matter what the income level. See note below.

NOTE: You should keep detailed and accurate records of your Chapter’s income and expenses. The international headquarters will file the appropirate annual IRS report for you but a chapter financial report is required to do so. A sample Chapter Financial Report, either as an MS Excel spreadsheet with automatically-recalculating totals or a PDF print form for manual data entry, is provided in the resources list above. Please submit the report at the end of your academic year.
